About Suzuki on the Shore

Suzuki on the Shore is founded on the principles of Shinichi Suzuki, and all teachers in the studio are trained and registered through the NZ Suzuki Institute.  Our students are able to participate in local, national, and international Suzuki events which provides opportunities to learn with children and teachers from all over the world.   

 

The studio has seen our students represented in every major youth orchestra in New Zealand including NZSSSO, NYO, AYO and more.  We have also had finalists in the NZ Chamber Music Competitions, KBB School Orchestra Competitions, the High Scorers in ABRSM and Trinity exams.  

But most of all, we are really proud of the community of parents, students, and teachers that our studio represents.
